TECHLEDO Volunteer Form

  • WELCOME VOLUNTEERS! LET'S SPEAD SOME GOOD VIBES!

    Welcome to the Techledo Volunteer sign-up. We are built around music, unity and creativity. We are looking for positive enthusiastic individuals who are looking to support not only our Techledo music festival, but The Ribbon Glass City Metropark and Dean Davis' River Mural Project. We are seeking individuals who are willing to help with parking, checking IDs, VIP Host/hostess, Kids Zone, Set up and clean up. Individuals will be standing for the majority of their 2-4 hour shift. All ability levels are welcome. After choosing the area and time that you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the form below. If you are singing up for someone else and yourself, fill out a form for each person signing up. After you submit your filled out form you will receive a confirmation email.     Individuals will need to lift 50 pouds or more repeatedly. We need a crew of 8 to help with unloading, stage, lighting set up. this is from 11am -3pm.

  • Parking Lot Crew

    These individuals will be assisting the Metroparks rangers with the parking lot. Checking availability of parking spots, directing cars and people. Be mindful that you will be standing in one spot for the majority of your shift. We are looking for 6-8 individuals per shift, bring your friends. Fell fee to sign up for more than one shift if you are interested.

  • VIP HOST

    These individuals will be all thingas to our VIPs. You will check wrist bands and only allow VIPs into the area. We are looking for 2 positive individuals per shift who will keep the partying going. Bring a friend and spread the unity, love while listening to amazing music.

  • The Drop Zone 

    We are looking for 2 individuals per shift who are outgoing and love to connect with all ages of people. This is our creatvity area. The Drop Zone will have, bubbles, sidewalk chalk art, face paiting by TSA students, temporary tattoos and just a place for kids of ALL sizes to join in the fun. This area is free and open to the public.

  • ID CHECKER GATE ENTRY

    We are looking for 4 indivuals per shift to check ID's, apply wrist bands and help smooth entrance into our festival. You will be asisted by a Ranger or Event personnel.

  • Clean Up Crew

    We are looking for individuals 8-10 who can lift 50 pounds repeatedly. Assist in helping us take down, lighting, stages, table and dismantle this festival and load everthing onto a truck.
